Over the Christmas / new year period I was in the car park loading the boot of my car after doing some last minute shopping and a delightful young man called Jacob stopped to ask if I'd like some help to lift some heavy items, I happily said yes. He then went on to ask if he could lift the pram while I strapped baby into his carseat then came back after a few minutes to take the trolley for me. I called back to ask his name as this beautiful young man needed to be recognised and honoured for his generosity and manners. Please ensure to pass my gratitude onto Jacob, and his family for raising a fine young man.

Wanted to post earlier but super busy l. About a week ago did a shop. I left a four day old pretty expensive mobile phone. As it's an evil necessity owning a n Optometry Practice with a large team to say the least l panic arose. Returning to the register Dijon was so nice to me and returned my phone. I offered to buy her a chocolate but she humbley declined. Had a very rough day and Dijon certainly calmed the farm

17 march 2023 2pm went to return a coffee pod machine at Woolworth Waikiki as was faulty the manager there was to lazy to process told me had to go to Mandurah Woolworth where I bought it. went to Rockingham shopping centre Woolworths the manager there was great not a problem. Maby Waikiki manager should do a course on flexibility and customerservice!!!!!!!

Trollys in the wrong spot don't like were they put them need to go at the other end also not many cheak outs open and self service was busy whice guys get rid of self service ok you're always waiting need big register open go back to old and see ok

Could be better with how their staff treat the shoppers. Also stop raising prices of items people can only just afford.The deli section, there's a certain guy working there who never has a smile on his face and was very rude to my mother in law when she asked for 2 chickens, he only gave her 1 and pretty much stated her down. So we just walked away.
