Love going here to buy plants exceptional service exceptional products and the staff are very knowledgeable. Shout out to Stevie who was extremely helpful. Picked up some sweet items for Christmas at the gift store too.

Lied about having stock after telling me they would have it in three days, took two weeks instead then lied about the price; tried charging me double, then in the end wasn't able to get the product at all, terrible service and zero ability to fix their mistakes

Bought a plant from here back in May, didn’t realise it at the time but it was infested with Caterpillars. When I realised it was a huge problem, I cut the plant right back to the stalks. Fortunately, it grew back quickly. Unfortunately, there was a fungus on it (which none of my other 25 plants have) and it’s never been able to recover , even though I’ve used fungicide to try and salvage it.Sadly had to throw it out as I don’t want whatever it had to spread to my other indoor plants. V disappointed as it was a lovey looking plant.

good plants and high quality products. The prices are reasonable for some succulent and cactus types. However, customer service is poor, I was looking for a sago palm, then a man led me to them and told me they're very expensive (?!?). Like, I couldn't read the price tags myself or looked so poor to him. I ended up getting one at Bunnings Warehouse.

I am a local business owner so know the importance of supporting local. I love the Elwood store and over the years have built a great relationship with the weekend staff and appreciate the value of having such a great business in the mix ….. however, I dropped in on Friday afternoon for some concentrated pyrethrum and was told by the staff member that they had sold through their allocation of stock for the week and that I had to go to Bunnings. He suggested that I might like to place an order that would be filled some time next week. That to me was unsatisfactory, for something out of the ordinary, no problem but I would have thought that stocking something like pyrethrum in a nursery was like having bread on the shelf in the supermarket its a basic stock item, surely. I love to support a fellow small business owner but I’m time poor and can’t afford to be racing around looking for basic products.

I'm really happy that I have found this great nursery, just around the corner from where I live. I've been multiple times in the last couple of weeks to buy new pots and lots of potting mix. Staff are always friendly and happy to have a chat and help. This is now my go to place!! Keep up the good work.

I bought a plant (and a pot and other items!) two weeks ago which had leaves going yellow and went back with the plant and a staff member told me I wasnt able to return it. It was an awkward experience.James, the owner, was so lovely and addressed the issue. At the time I was upset but now I feel James has resolved this issue. I have been coming to GardenWorld for years and Im happy this was resolved, Thanks.
