Woolworths Cairns Central

Clean store, with great fruit / veges. Has all the staples you need to set up a house / unit or to do your complete weekly shop. Lovely staff that always assist when asked & the shelves are always packed.

I went into the store today 11/01/23 around 1.45 pm and I had a bad experience. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name but the Japanese lady working in the self-checkout/service was super rude and unfriendly. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day, but she needs retraining on how to talk to customers in a more friendly and polite way.

Able to get all we needed. Not long waits at check out.. missing bit of fresh produce but was able to get in and out. Close to car space

I mentioned this to the duty manager as well after finishing my shopping.

Great store, fresh, clean, a whole big variety supermarket Under one roof!

As part of Cairns Central Shopping Centre redevelopment, Woolworths has opened another store in the city area inside the centre. It's on the ground floor directly below Myers.It's quite a large store and well laid out. I especially love the exotic ranges in the Deli area.The staff have been preparing for the opening for months to be able to present everyone with a new level of friendly service and merchandise.The bakery does some amazing things to provide the customers daily with fresh offerings.Pop in and experience the friendliness, you won't be disappointed.

Unfortunately had a bad experience with the online shopping delivery, I was missing items which included security item and nappies, and was given someone else’s items that I didn’t order, advised the driver and unfortunately he wasn’t able to do anything and just left, so I called the store, it took me 5 times to call the store, asked to speak to online which no one answered then asked to speak to the duty manager, who didn’t even speak to me they ended up finding someone in the online area who advised me she couldn’t do anything to help me and I’d have to just put in a refund for my missing items. I was a little disappointed in the service I received and advised on the phone that they couldn’t talk to me anymore because they had other customers to serve. I’m sorry but I am a customer aswell and regardless of my situation they pretty much just ignored me and said they couldn’t help and to request a refund

Once again....unbelievably I was given an incomplete groceries at the direct to boot for the fourth time in 11 months.Massive frustrating and infuriating when you are told by the store that I will have to come back in and collect it or recieve a refund.Might b time for Coles

This is just a small example of how empty the shelves are. It’s 10 40am middle of the week, there is no excuse for this. It’s been a week since they stocked their bread.Shop elsewhere. This is for sure the last chance I give it.

Well stocked and great layout. Do yourself a favour...don't go shopping on a Sunday night. The ladies doing the store close are so rude. They eyeball you half an hour before closing time and pace up and down the aisles trying to get you to hurry along. It makes you feel very unwelcome. When you get to the register they literally throw your groceries into your bags. The service on a Monday night is far better. Leave your shop until then.
