A wonderful specialist here. Kind, knowledgeable and helpful even though she's busy. Her secretary is so beautiful. She also has been most kind and helpful during my hardship. Thank you both so much.

The rudest receptionist anyone can experience in the whole lifetime.Don't even have patience to answer your queries.The doctors and nurse is good but with that rude reception you won't feel to visit or talk to them over the phone.I would suggest to goto some other immunology service if possible otherwise get the clarifications from doctor itself.

Enna is a horrible secretary, she hung up on me once, very rude, my arm was broken and I it was taking me a while to find my Medicare and she rushing me telling me to hurry up and she's busy .. I asked my doctor to refer me to another doctor, horrible woman ..I will never come here again

I had an absolute terrible time here, i made an appointment to only try and call up at 9am to say that i was running a little late with my child and see if it was still ok to come in, however despite them opening up at 8:30am, even at 9am they had an IVR system on that did NOT TAKE ANY MESSAGES.I was left on the footpath, i did not get through to anyone, the following day i spoke to an extremely rude person called Enna, no customer service what so ever. She said BAD LUCK next appointment is in June.I will be taking this issue up with management at the allergy clinic and i have evidence of a phone call at a certain time on the 28th that diverts to an IVR system.Someone's head is going to roll.
