We engaged James & his team at Folar Architecture to create DA plans for building beachside apartments. This was a larger project than we have engaged previously and James ensured we felt comfortable and were not overwhelmed by the project. We are extremely happy we chose James rather than one of the larger firms as we always felt guided. We did not ever feel rushed or that our project would simply be a cut and paste project. James listened to our ideas and converted them into plans for a beautiful building we can see ourselves living in. He provided renders of a few options which assisted in visualising what we ultimately chose. We would most certainly use James again and would happily recommend him to others.

After some time searching for an Architect that understood our vision for our bespoke New Farm development, we decided to work with Folar Studio for our initial concepts. We have found Folar to be very professional and informative for our consultations, and as our project is a major renovation, we have been very impressed with James and his team on presenting us with several design options, for the unique combination of a 1925 home and a 1950's squash court. This initial engagement has confirmed our decision to engage Folar Studio for the complete design process of our home.

Renovating your home can be a very complicated and stressful process. Not when you have James, he makes the process completely relaxed, stress free and enjoyable. Engaging FOLAR Studio as our Architects was the best decision we made. The design concepts James created from our first conversations were spot on. Watching your thought bubbles and mood board visions appear in his 3D design concepts at the initial phase and within a very short time frame was impressive. He is creating our dream home for our family and we couldn’t be happier with the process.
