Heartly

I wouldn't recommend Heartly. We engaged them to develop a design scheme for our new kitchen, living room and master bedroom. Basic details were omitted (eg colour of curtains) which they then charge extra to provide. Their invoicing is sloppy and they can be slow to respond. Expect to be charged if they do respond. There are a number of professional interior design firms in Melbourne that offer much better value for money.

We engaged heartly early in the design process of our renovation. There is no doubt that Mikayla and the team have added considerable value to our home through alternate floor plan layouts and creative storage design. Everyone who comes to visit comment on how amazing our house is, and it’s all thanks to the Mikayla and the team.We engaged the team for full design of our storage and finishes. The schedules provided ensured variation costs and changes in our build did not occur, saving us cost blow outs in construction.They are the best at what they do and we have referred them to a number of our friends and will definitely use them again.

Hands down, THE most incredible Interior Design studio in Australia! No surprise that Mikayla & her team won the award for Australia’s Best House 2021! We were fortunate to secure a 2hr Design Review / Selections meeting w/ them & what they were able to accomplish & provide was v. impressive!We then opted for a couple more mini design reviews for other areas in our house, their attention to detail is second to none, we only wish we were able to engage w/ them for the full design of our house.We love the sophisticated simplicity of their Minimalism approach w/ a design that is thoughtfully functional yet exudes luxury over opulence and the array of textures w/ concrete, stone, wood and brick that marry together effortlessly.They truly have a gift!

We engaged Heartly to design both the interior and exterior of our renovation. Mikayla and her team were wonderful to work with. They completely understood our vision and designed a home that is both beautiful and practical for our family. They have strong attention to detail and the detailed drawings and schedules ensured our builder was able to provide an accurate quote. Mikayla and the team were both professional and approachable at all times, and had a great working relationship with our builder. We would definitely recommend Heartly to others, and if we were to renovate again we would definitely use Heartly.

Nailed it! Heartly completed delivered on my renovation project. Our house receives so many compliments and for me the aethetics, balances form and function perfectly. We were delighted by their design expertise which matched our brief! We would and do highly recommend Heartly to deliver your building and design project!

I recently engaged the team from Heartly to design a built-in office space for myself due to extended working from home arrangements. Mikayla was exceptional. Not only professional and experienced, she came up with a brilliant solution for a tight and tricky space and her suggestions for what finishes to use were fantastic. Everyone who comes to my house comments on the design and how amazing it looks. I would definitely recommend Heartly and will engage them on our future renovations. 5 stars for me!

I have nothing but high praise for the Heartly Design team -- from the initial meeting to completion of our project. The whole experience was professional, respectful, and transparent. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail, and Mikayla's insistence on high quality at every stage. I have recommended Heartly to friends and they have been equally impressed.

The experience with Heartly was exemplary in every aspect from consultation and planning to final completion and handover of our newly renovated home.
