All the lovely staff at Batemans bay district funerals where so helpful and they generally care for there customers I was lucky to have Katherine she was so lovely if it wasn't for her I wouldn't of had things done she was very helpful she help me get my father's cremation organised her support ment the world to me in the hard times I recommend them you wouldn't be disappointed I was heartbroken over my father Kevin and she comfort me and helped me threw it thank you to the lovely Katherine and the lovely staff at Batemans bay district funerals.

We contacted Batemans Bay and Moruya Funerals when organising my father's funeral in February. The funeral was held in Queanbeyan but because we have used BB and Moruya funerals for most of our family the director helped us by getting in touch with Tobin's funerals in Queanbeyan to have the actual funeral then Dad's was sent down to Batemans Bay after the funeral to be cremated.We spent a week sending photos and music and communicating with the funeral director of BB and Moruya funerals and also the director of Tobin's to get the final photo memorial/ power point right and we were assured everything was fine and we were good to go.On the day the 66 photos we had sent through to them did not work on the slideshow they created resulting in about 10 photos to replay over and over and the music didn't start for about 5 minutes.My mother was so upset as was the rest of us, when confronted both BB and Moruya Funeral and Tobins denied any responsibility whatsoever. And to make things worse the presentation they gave us back on a usb actually had all 66 photo's on it.When we got in touch with BB and Moruya funeral's to settle the final account we asked that they lower the cost keeping in mind the massive stuff up on the day of Dad's funeral and they offered a slap in the face of $350.00 of an $8000.00 funeral.My Dad's funeral will forever be tainted with this memory and nothing can be done to fix it, we didn't even get a proper apology, they just apologised that we were not happy, not that they had made a mistake.

Terrible experience. They stuffed up the time of my mother's funeral organised a time at 1 pm and these idiots organise it at 11am instead. Family get a phone call at midday asking where everyone is and everyone had to rush to make it on time.Visited my mothers grave recently and they don't even have the dates of her birth or death right on the burial site.

Katherine and the whole Staff at B/Bay Funerals were absolutely amazing and Proffesional, they made the whole process, easier and they helped my family. Thank you kindly,
