I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. The unprofessionalism!!I had booked an appointment for my son on Tuesday the 15th and showed up to the Liverpool clinic to only find out that the provider was absent on that day. I would have been professional and courteous of management to at-least contact me before having to drive over 20km to get to the appointment.I had to wait even more, as the receptionist was out on a coffee run and the place was unattended for 20 minutes.Furthermore, change your automated messages as the information is incorrect. I had to call the clinic twice (on two seperate occasions) to confirm the location of the appointment as the text said Bankstown however the location was Liverpool.

Rude, disrespectful and the list goes on...... don't bother

I have been trying to get the reception from the beginning of this week by phone. Absolutely no response at all. I was given a tax invoice with wrong information and now unable to claim Medicare benefit. Having said that, my psychologist Hawra is a gem. I wish they had a better reception service.

I’ve only been here a few times now, but the receptionists have been very helpful and made me feel welcome each time. I also highly recommend seeing Jinan for your physio needs. She is caring, encouraging, a good listener, passionate, and really good at what she does.

Not recommended.Not professional.Very rude receptionists.I had a hamstring injury and i consulted the doctor at doctors at Liverpool " clinic and he gave me reference to this clinic for the physiotherapy. I went there at the same day and there were no appointment available and the receptionist booked appointment for me for the next day.I took off and and went there in the next day and the other receptionist she asked me for the EPC from the doctor or asked to pay cash. I explained her that i came here yesterday and gave all my documents that doctor gave me and booked the appointment and now you are asking for EPC or money. She said me that the other receptionist is new and she doesn't know more about it. How unprofessionally they are dealing things. I left there without saying anything. They are not for service
