Courtney and the Geelong Homes Team have been amazing throughout our whole building experience. Every step of our journey Courtney was kind and patient, with our decisions, answering countless questions along the way. Courtney and the team have been so transparent and making things clear for us, being our first time building a home. Asked to have nails removed from back fence, because l own a dog and didnt want her getting injured. Was told the next day would be fixed . Haven't heard anything and nails still there after l finish work. And they have put a garden bed 500 mm above ground level along the fence with no retaining wall. So the fence will rot in a 6 months

We had such a great experience building with Geelong Homes. From sales, to colour consultation to the actual build, it was so easy. All the staff we dealt with were professional and a joy to work with.

We started this process of securing land and building for the first time during Covid. Even though it was a stressful time all Geelong Homes staff went above and beyond for us. We have now moved into our home and we couldn’t be happier. Excellent customer service does exist, Geelong Homes proved that. Thank you.

To any one thinking of building with geelong homes!Coming from a tradesmen background i just wanted to share my experience with geelong homes building my first house.The build transitioned from before start getting documents ready through to handover effortlessly in comparison to some of the experiences i have heard from close friends with other major builders.A special thanks to Ash for guiding us through this process and exceeding all expectations we had.It can be a stressful time building so i just wanted to give these guys props for how well they communicated with us throughout the build.The close attention to detail is really what geelong homes is a score above all other builders. There attention to detail was outsdanding and left our friends walking through our house gobsmacked when told it wasnt a custom builder.If you are thinking about building, please consider geelong homes as they are beautiful houses with an affordable pricetag.

Their attention to detail throughout the build was exemplary.I never once felt like I was being left in the lurch – they were there at every step.
