Super thick, rushed sns job. Asked to make thinner and then they had to have a nail redone because it hasn't dried properly. Marks all across nails because the top clear coat didn't have enough time to dry before wiping my hands down.

I received a voucher for Christmas from my parents. My mum explained several times what they wanted (they specifically asked for french tip acrylics for toe nails) they were given a voucher for this service of $55. After getting the voucher on Christmas day I went in and asked for the service and was told it would be another $20 because my parents probably asked for french nail polish or shellac and a pedicure. I tried to explain but they said i was wrong and my parents were confused obviously, about what they asked for. After discussion and my Dad calling and telling them this is what they had asked for and the price they were told was $55 otherwise they would have gotten a voucher for $75 they asked if i meant i wanted clear nail polish over the acrylic or perma gloss, knowing they would say its $75 if i wanted perma gloss i got clear nail polish. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS SALON. Also i had to go else where to have my nail fixed as it looked f' up.

Worst nail salon on the planet. I have been there twice and both times wondered why the hell I ever went in the first place. They have absolutely no structure to serve their customers and they make you wait over 40 minutes to be seated. Then once seated will change ladies up to 4 times doing your nails with each one not knowing where the one before was up to, so ridiculous. Was sat down and left with acetone on for 20 minutes because they were busy and forgot me. I also had my pedicure done underneath the nail table because they had no pedicure chairs left. They have no idea, awful service, no care in your nails. Do not go here!!!!!!!!!!

very bad experience i dnt like the service at all its a simple french but it was not clean and the lady was so rude was rolling eyes and almost burn my hand with extreme hot towel…i feel so bad also the nails was not correct shaped….dnt waste you money to go there plz

Had a gel manicure done on short nails and unlike some other places I have been to, the length of my nails weren’t made an issue. My nail tech took great care and was really lovely!

Great customer service. A lot quicker than where I used to go, more professional and can do my nails when it suits me not when it suits them

Always extremely happy with my nails and the friendly service here. As a busy hairdresser, I never have any lifting and I'm always happy with the shape and finish of my nails. You are my nail angel Thanh and I'd be lost without you!Such hard working girl's that go out of their way to please.

I got a full set of acrylics they look so good it was a bit hard to understand them, but any place that you go will be like that. They are just what I wanted perfect size and colour. the lady that did mine did cut me once but it wasn’t bad and I didn’t even fell it definitely will come back.

Unfortunately we had a late appointment. Girls were in a rush to get our nails done and were cleaning up around us which wasn't a great experience. I would certainly not recommend a late appointment.

I had the worst experience, the lady doing my pedicure did not speak any English. My cuticals were left in a worse condition that what I came in with - it was left so chunky and uneven. My nails were all filed on a crooked angle. I tried to tell her multiple times to fix the shape but she couldn’t understand a single word I was saying. Nail polish was put onto the sides of my nail bed and touched the skin. She used her own finger nail to try and remove it but by then it was too late because she has already used shellac and done a few layers. Never coming back again.
