Visited Stache for the first time last month and it was a 10/10 experience! Jen was super lovely and did an amazing job with the colour & cut and helped me achieve the look I wanted!! Definitely left feeling more cute & confident. The salon itself has a nice atmosphere and love the dogs!! Will definitely be back :)

I'd like to thank Nicola for what can only be described as a really disheartening colour correction consultation because it encouraged me to look elsewhere. When I compare my initial consultation with the lovely Renee back in 2019/2020 for the same type of colour correction there is no comparison. Unlike my experience with Nicola, my consult with Renee resulted in a follow up appointment on the spot & many others thereafter, right up until the Covid lock downs. I wanted to remain a client of Stache and/or Everyday, but with the changes you've apparently made with your hair colour range, Renee leaving, the exorbitant price increases post Covid & Nicola's lack of confidence in terms of achieving the uniform blonde colour I was prior to the lock downs, I've decided to go elsewhere. To say to someone we can try (at best) & even use grey hairs as an excuse & then follow that up with a quote of over $800 for each visit is a bit rich. If I'm going to pay over $800 each time I'd like a bit more certainty & confidence as opposed to we can try, especially from a salon director. And yes, I could've chosen a less experienced hairdresser for a lesser fee, but again, thanks to Nicola, I decided not to risk it. On a different note, I'd like to say thankyou to Renee & I wish her all the best.

Just a freaking vibe and more! The best hair stylists, delicious coffee, stunning interior and if you are lucky, you get to meet the cutest dogs there too. Hands down My fav salon in Melbourne

Nicola and Jacob.... wow... you can't ask for a better team of hairdressers! They listen to not only your hair concerns but to what you actually want and give great advice and tips! After too many to count bad experiences, I feel totally comfortable and relaxed knowing Im going to end up with what I asked for and by far they exceed expectations!! I can't thank them enough and can't wait till my next appointment!

Just wanted to do a shout out to my stylist who was new to the salon and did a great job of cutting and styling my hair! I went from almost waist length hair to nearly a bob and probably appeared unsure at first. Now I love my cut and just wanted the stylist to know if that could get back to him! Thank you :)
