The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Music in store was that loud that I had to cover my ears as it was giving me a headache and the cashier was shouting to be heard over it. Stood in line for a good 5 minutes for the girl to serve 1 person. Was very rude and said another woman that wasn’t even in line was before me. Not to mention she looked like she hadn’t brushed her hair in a week, also the whole store smelled like body odour. Disgusting customer service and won’t ever be going back again.

Booked an appointment to get my daughter's ears pierced only to drive 25 minutes and arrive to be told that they won't do it because she's 9 and the lady doesn't feel comfortable doing it one after the other instead of both at once. considering that I told them her age on the phone and now have a very upset daughter and have to drive all the way to Rockingham I am very displeased and will not be back.

I made a call to the Mandurah store on 8th September 2022 as I had some questions about whether the jewellery could get wet after I made a purchase a few weeks ago, and the girl who answered the phone (Zoe I believe) was so incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to answer my questions and provide me with extra info about the types of material the jewellery is made from. 10/10 experience both in store & on the phone.

The store has a great variety of jewellery, removed a star due to the pushiness of the employee. understand there’s a need to upsell but it’s too much sometimes, would like to just buy the items i WANT and leave.
