Our two sons 12 and 14 years had amazing fun segwaying today at opal cove coffs harbour. They loved the guided tour around the grounds and the free time at the end too. Would recommend this as a safe, fun time for all ages!!

Segway experience was amped AF!!! Our instructor Jas was so patient and guided us first timers through the whole process…… Making for an hour of laughs and great memories. We will be returning with other family members- no doubt at all!!!

My partner & I were in Coffs for 3 days & tried to book the package deal of Segways, Zorb balls & paddle boats. Was told we couldn't do the boats because there was an issue with the tide!? Couldnt do the zorb balls because there were other people in the pool!? We booked the Segways for 11am the following day & he said he would phone us back at 9am the next morning to confirm. Never heard back so phoned at 10am & was told there weren't enough people interested for that day so he wouldn't be opening. What kind of way is this to run a business!??

We booked the 1 hour package for $375 for a family of 5, but had to spend 40 mins doing paperwork and watching the safety videos, leaving us 20 mins for riding around the lawn - not much of an adventure.. We booked an hour package believing that we'd be riding for about an hour, but charging $375 for 20 mins is disgusting. When we wrote in to complain about the misleading information on the advertisement, we were ignored and not even given the courtesy of an explanation. Feeling extremely ripped-off.

Check before you go. It's hard to find. I didn't ring beforehand as I assumed incorrectly that they would be open on a sat at lunch. Really hard to find the place and then it was closed with no information on opening hours. Really disappointed as I had a brochure that made it look really fun
