Well where do I begin, Sales Rep fed me a string of Lies trying to sell me a $40,000 Mutoh UV Printer, telling me parts I print on other UV Printers would cost me 79 cents each when truth was they ended up costing over $10 each, Told I would get Onsite One on One Training and when Day of installation came they Cancelled 3 times over the next 3 Days wasting my time waiting for them to turn up. 3 Days after planned Installation and Training was planned I'm told they have no one that can Train me as the Software was new and no one knew how to operate it. Finally Printed something 3 weeks after Installation and couldn't get the Colours correct, they sent 2 Cowboys out to try and work out the problems and neither of them could understand how to Print either and both left 40min later scratching their heads. Another 2 weeks later and No Support or help so I gave up on the Promises and Lies and told them to take the Printer back and give me a Refund on grounds that they Sold the Printer based on incorrect information and total lies by their Sales Rep when they had no idea on even how setup the Printer.Results, 3 Days on and off Printing and lost over $10,000 as they bought it back as a Second Hand Printer even though it never Successfully was able to Print what I wanted. Right down to Removal of the Printer their Cowboys couldn't communicate with each other and turned up without enough men and needed to borrow 2 of my Employee's to help them.BE WARNED and don't waste your Money on unprofession Business's like this.

We deal with Kissel+Wolf on a regular basis, we have had no issues at all. They make everything so simple and answer all requests. Any issues we have they work with you promptly to get them solved. Cannot fault them.
