One the best day activities for the kid during school holiday. Even with staff shortages, the team still managed to keep heap of the little ones entertained. Never knew Parkour was this good. As for adult, I loved their gym schedule and activities.

As someone with anxiety and panic disorder, starting somewhere new, especially when it comes to exercise is extremely daunting. I was open with Joel about how I was feeling and he was so supportive and new exactly what to say to me me feel comfortable, including to leave in a hurry if it was too much. He Checked in and monitored me until I felt comfortable and I can't thank him or the gym enough. I thoroughly look forward to going and can't wait to become a bigger part of their little community.

Lots of weights, LOADS of space. They have lots of classes during the week that can work with a variety of schedules.Wide open entrance through roller doors and another entrance with 2 glass doors - no steps, one narrow entrance with steps, and an accessible toilet.

Amazing coaches and staff, friendly and welcoming atmosphere and a really supportive culture. Any one will feel welcome and comfortable here, everyone has their own goals and the classes and coaches will help them achieve them. I put off coming here for a year because of a half hour drive each way, I really wish I'd started sooner, it's worth the drive.

Absolutely awesome and supportive gym(shout out to Joel Mullen for being really patient and able to switch between advanced trainers and rookies like myself instantly)Movement Co focuses on form and improvement. If you’re dedicated to personal improvement and understand the difference between someone telling you what you ‘want’ to hear and someone telling you what you ‘need’ to hear, then you’ll do well and fit in just fine. The coaches are very patient and extremely helpful. Each class caters to all participants - so even if you’re looking for a way to improve your current fitness level or start out completely green, there’s a place for everyone.I don’t know whether they have a no d!ckhead policy, or if that’s just a happy coincidence, but everyone that attends classes are super friendly and happy to share any tips or advice.Overall, the culture is great, the team is trained and patient and the price is very reasonable for what you’re getting. Only tip to newbies is to not take coach attention the wrong way. Chip on shoulders will only slow you down. Let the coaches do their jobs - they are there to help (again - spotlight on Joel for this one! Listen to this guy, he knows what he’s talking about)
