Rydges Palmerston

Lovely motel, great staff. Didn't use pool this trip...but it is awesome. Fish and chips poolside were delicious...but way too big a serve.My only complaint is you can't use PGR benefits because restaurant isn't theirs.Location is ok...but I prefer to be in the city.

After many days of travelling, it was great to have a nice comfy bed to sleep in. Blackout curtains did an amazing job and let me sleep through sunrise.

Love staying here, the customer service is really good and very friendly. Easy to negative around. Food is really good too.

Had an issue with the plumbing room 720, as some water went on carpet from the shower and not down the 2 drains. The management said it would cost me $299 for carpet cleaning? Was moved to another room even after I stated I'd be happy to stay in the room given. This next room had a foul odour in the bathroom. Room 703. And was just unacceptable.Room service is horrendous when you pay $38 for a basic burger and chips $8 for a water and $8 for a small bottle of Fanta then on top they charge you $5 for room delivery.Next day ordered a pizza. It was cold and soggy and sure it was microwaved and then covered I'm glad wrap and sent to the room. Horrible.I would not recommend or suggest this hotel to anyone. The rooms were clean but apart from the plumbineamd sinks.Novotel even with the landscaping works going on is much better place to stay eat and enjoy.Avoid this hotel. Disgraceful and extremely disappointed.

Bad service food over priced.Management have a lot to learn about the charges and treatment of guests.Beware when staying the bus terminal at night is a war zone.I'd recommend not staying here.

This place is conveniently located in Palmerston. It's walking distance to amenities for food and groceries (Coles).The place is recently renovated. It looks and feels fresh. The staff was friendly, helpful and patient to check me in.They have a carpark under the hotel and it's free at the time of my visit.

Manager was rude.Felt sorry for the staff they all seamed to have not much of an idea so I guess she was just fed up with them.Food was way over priced for the quality. Very disappointed.

I stayed in this hotel with my colleagues during my business trip to Darwin. We booked 2 bed room apartment and find it perfect.The rooms were neat, clean and spacious with living area and kitchen with necessary utensils. The balcony has an amazing view of the Palmerston area. Hotels provides free parking facilities for the guests, which is amazing. I could not try the breakfast but the feedback was great from my colleagues. The area is very peaceful and isn’t that far from city with easy availability of taxis.Staffs are very helpful and professional. We all enjoyed our 3 nights stay and would definitely be choosing this hotel for next Darwin trip.

Stayed in 2 bedroom apartment type dwelling. Rooms were super clean. Carpet needed little cleaning. Shower and toilet area was enormous and clean. Room was quiet and super comfortable.

Myself and my Partner were visiting Dawin.we had lunch at Rydges in palmerston by the pool .the girl that looked after us was exceptional .so friendly and helpful ..and so nice .the food was good too.
