Frog Hollow Lake House B&B

We as a couple were over the moon when we first saw this incredible place. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway to stay out of your ordinary stressful life like us, this is the place. We enjoyed every bit of our stay.The first impression was awesome when driving around the lake and entering through the main door with a welcome note to see this beautiful facility which is designed with a stunning lake view. The interior design was amazing and we loved fresh flowers arrangements and their fresh breakfast packs. The kitchen and bathroom is all equipped and you don't have to worry bringing everything other than food. But we do recommend bringing the food on your way here if you don't want to drive far wasting your time that you can spend in this place.This was like a dream come true after a series of lockdowns in Melbourne. We enjoyed kayaking in the beautiful lake, wallabies and other animals, BBQ areas, candle light dinners by the lake and most specifically the perfect outdoor spa bath. Everything was relaxing and perfect so that we extended our stay by one night.Thank you Kerry and Barry for creating this beautiful place and we are glad to meet you during our stay.❤️❤❤

Amazing destination for a getaway. Our jaws dropped during the drive from the main reception as we were greeted with a view of all the lilypads stretched across the expanse of the lake and then the lakehouse that sat on its surface.The days are blissful and genuinely relaxing. Kerry is delightful and lavished us with baked goods and a breakfast box. She also went out of her way to get us a moscato (we are sweet tooths). There are thoughtful details and gestures throughout. After Kerry showed us how to operate the outdoor jacuzzi, we didn't see another person until the day we left to say goodbye.I became obsessed with the row boat and developed a tan in 3 days of taking the boat onto the lake. My partner was adamant he would catch fish with the fishing rods supplied but only caught a stick and let it back into the wild. We ended most days in the outdoor jacuzzi before cooking dinner on the BBQ and eating outside on the deck - we didn't notice the rain. It's very much drowned out by the view and the frogs.The night is pitch black, we left the blinds up and were delighted to see absolutely no light. It was a short few days but an absolutely magical stay.

A beautiful peaceful place , with a stunning lake, and exotic, interesting buildings. The owners very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Highly Recommended! 10/10The Lake House was one of the most gorgeous and welcoming bespoke holidays I've had in Australia. My partner and I were welcomed with steaming home-baked bread and butter, a fridge full of homemade brekkie ingredients and beautiful bouquets of home-grown tropical flowers in every room.The house layout is an absolute dream! We spent most of our time running between the spa and jumping in Lake.We were flooded in here during the March floods, so we had some extra time to spare - there was absolutely nothing in the Lake House we couldn't find! Kayaks, fishing rods, board games hidden spots all over the property we could walk to or swim to. We could've stayed for a few more weeks and still had exploring to do and things to keep us entertained.A highly recommended house and location with beautiful owners! We can't wait to go back!
