Tony and the team were the funeral director for my uncles funeral today and I couldn’t speak more highly of them. Everything went perfectly, helpful and professional. Thank you for today during this difficult time.

I have learnt a great deal about the importance of community in recent weeks; amongst others, you jumped to the aid of Ivan in his darkest hours and helped him provide the most beautiful farewell to the love of his life. All deaths and funerals are tragic in their own way, and this one was especially sad for those who knew Lucy. You guys took all of that on board and did everything possible to make not only the day easy and seamless, but the lead up as well. The service was beautiful and respectful but more importantly, the sincerity and love you all showed to Lucy and Ivan was just heartwarming. Blessed were Fantastic from the home visits to start the arrangements to finally the burial of my Dad. Friendly staff with every detail covered with the greatest of respect. Including an amazing Celebrant, who made Dad's farewell so special. Thank you all.

Joe had all the time in the world to answer questions, he accommodated all the family's wishes and he spoke in a tone of voice that was very soothing and reassuring at such a difficult time. I felt instant confidence in him.Once the family's decision was made to choose Blessed Funerals, we met with Tony, who knew all the details about our circumstances; evidence of the perfect communication between Joe and Tony.Joe ensured that all the legalities were taken care of (re: coroner certifications etc.), and everything happened as planned, on the day that we requested. Not one hiccup.I have used other funeral directors in the past, but for me, now and into the future, I wouldn't even consider any other company. If you lose someone you love, I would recommend Tony Sprem and the Team at Blessed Funerals 100%. They were amazing. Our family was stricken by shock and grief and they were so compassionate and caring.Tony and the team were so knowledgeable in A LOT of the Croatian and religious customs and practices and even helped recommend a live singer to celebrate the loss of our family member.Blessed Funerals went above and beyond for our family by not just respecting traditions, but helping us make them happen as well. A true personalised services to fit our families needs.

When my husband passed away suddenly aged just 50, i hadnt a clue what to do, and literally stumbled across Blessed by chance, so no appointment or initial contact. Carmel welcomed myself and a friend in to her office and immediately made us feel comfortable, and was wholly empathetic, kind, knowledgeable and caring. Carmel has been there every step of the way, on call if you need anything clarified, always going the extra mile.
