Good station. Safe. Staff are helpful. One time I forgot my wallet going to uni and this transperth officer gave me a card so i could travel legally. My respect to her. Thank you.

Last week was the first time I caught public transport since getting my licence 7 years ago, wasn't sure how to top up my old smart rider using autoload, The last time I topped it up was at one of those little general stores located inside the station in 2013. But it was unfortunately closed on Saturday.. And the card was on -$1.43, so I apparently owed money for some reason and needed it for work on the following day.But Tracey, who works at warnbro station, helped me out with the autoloader situation, and also let me go on the train for free, so I could travel to rockingham to top up my smart rider with the credit card machine just to save me the hassle of getting in my car again to drive to rockingham. (Didn't have one in warnbro). I needed to top it up so i could reactivate my card.She also notified the gentlemen there at rockingham station that I was coming, I didn't catch his name, but he also helped me out with the process. Very good customer service skills, thanks for the help!

Well set up, alot easier to access than stations like mandurah.Large bike shelter and plenty of parking.The station itself can get pretty dirty, the floor and walls are stained black.Tickets are rarely checked to make sure everyone is paying, and guards are rarely on duty.Elevator works well, but is always dirty. Often with odd stains and gum everywhere.One of the worst stations on the mandurah line, but it serves its purpose.

Every time I try to catch my buses, it either doesn't arrive or arrives late making it impossible for me to get to places I need to go... I would expect better due to the fact that people are expecting you to get then to the places they need to go on time but apparently not. I would hope this changes in the future.

Long term parking is often full with no space to park.Short term parking often blocked in for 10+ mins waiting for set down vehicles to move.Set down area is on a bend, resulting in having to negotiate awkward driving angles with other vehicles; other vehicles often choose to drop passengers off from within the traffic flow area.Difficult to negotiate traffic exiting Enis Ave northbound, as you need to immediately change into the right hand lane which is always full of traffic that doesn’t want to let you in.

Nothing fancy, just a train station and bus depot. Limited seats available at the bus bays.

Good train station, but it's terrible if u wanna catch the train after 8 am, then think again. There is no parking after about 7.30. They need more parking.

Dropping off and picking up passengers is easy. Lots of parking, bus stops clearly marked.There were staff on site, there is lots of covered seating sheltered from the weather.

The lady at this station was very unhelpful. Told us pay the over priced ticket or drive your self , then just walked away with out really helping Us ,to continue he conversation with the other guy standing there..
