Super unhelpful and very mean. A group of us desperately needed help with taking someone home and they completely ignored us saying they couldn’t help us because we weren’t on schoolies yet on their page they say that they will help everyone. Very dissapointed, if they will be specific with who they want to help they shouldn’t promote helping everyone.

I had an incredibly drunk friend trying to find a train station with no phone battery or hotel key. I desperately needed help and the police told me to go to their tent and then they said they won’t help me because I didn’t have a schoolies lanyard. They were incredibly rude and showed absolutely no empathy simply standing around having a laugh. Awful.
