I was very pleased with the colour and cut, but I was a bit disappointed at walking out with quite wet hair. Usually I don't mind air drying my hair but as I left the salon at around 6.45pm, and my hair dryer is broken at home, I went to bed with wet hair. I was told it was a 'bit damp' at the back but didn't see/feel how wet it was until after I left. I also paid for a blow-dry and got less than half of my hair dried, so this was quite frustrating and puts me off returning.

Absolutely love the team here and they never fail to be lovely and so willing to assist. Both times I have attended my hair has looked incredible after, thank you so much for all your help and will absolutely be back in future ❤️

Great customer service. All the girls were friendly and accommodating. They showed great teamwork and respect for their team and customers. Although I had to wait in the middle of my wash, for my hairdresser to tend to her other client, I was not annoyed since she explained what she needed to do and checked first if that would be ok. And also, I am very happy with my cut and colour!

The ladies were lovely and there was great effort made in doing the foils right and caring for my previously coloured hair. The final outcome was better than I could have ever imagined. I highly recommend.
