Chipmunks Playland & Cafe Docklands
I have brought my 1 year old granddaughter here twice and while she loves it, I have a few concerns. During our visit yesterday, there were quite a few older kids in the 0-4 year old toddler room who were running around and spinning equipment quite aggressively. It’s not my place to tell children or their parents they shouldn’t be in there so I think the staff could be a bit more attentive in that respect. Unfortunately, the ball pit is damaged/torn and being held together by copious amounts of duct tape. I know duct tape is very useful but not exactly appealing! Overall, the play area could be cleaner; I found it a bit grubby.

Place closes at 5pm we arrived at 3:50pm. Had my 5 year old nephew and 3 year old niece $29. Was told coffee machine had already been cleaned and not in use due to closing soon..Staff didn’t not want to be there and unfortunately it was evident in their service or no service. Started packing down the centre at 4:30pm vacuuming in front of guests etc was a really uncomfortable vibe.

Spending nearly two hours here for our son to explore here. Good family and bonding time here. A kid who is 3 years old is about $14.90, parent free.

Good value . My son loves . Easy to go and parking. Good to eat some snacks too. The only thing I wish is maybe they can clean more inside of play area or fix the broken one. Overall not bad! I like it

This is a great place to take the kids. They had great fun on the giant slide and loved exploring the play area. There is plenty of seating available. The food is very reasonably priced and there is a decent range to suit kids and adults.

Chipmunks Playland & Cafe Docklands
We've come here twice in two weeks!Great location as it's in the free tram zone and the CBD is lacking in other play areas for young children. With changeable weather, it's good to have an indoor play centre to stay out of the rain and wind.Entry price is a set fee, and children can play for as little or as long as they'd like. The food options are affordable and fresh.The play options kept my little one entertained for hours.
