Referring should be neutral.Utmost professionalism. It is a occupation many individuals need to take more seriously as it influences the experience of the athletes.When you umpire/ref whatever the terminology.We lost to the better team they are by far streams ahead of us!Mason your umpiring today however is unacceptable.Get better training and better yourself!Supervisor on shift not help the standard!

Visit weekly. Seating could be more comfortable. Cafe is expensive.
