Ate lunch at Seed today with the wife and kids.It was AWESOME.Great food great services and great value. Best cafe in Swansea.We ate beef brisket burger, pork shoulder burger, chorizo melt, ham cheese pineapple melt, an iced coffee and a smoothie.All of it was fantastic.

Food is consistently good. Even with new management. They enjoy a nice work life balance and have often closed pretty early over the years. Who can blame them when you live in paradise.

Hidden Gem, staff singing along to the radio got our attention as we walked by. Friendly service, quality food made just the way we ordered.Well worth a visit.

Every time I come here, we are always greeted with the warmest smiles and the best customer service. The B&E roll is outstanding and they only use the freshest yummiest eggs! Can’t wait for our next road trip to visit

Food was ok but coffee burnt and bitter. Cheese and ham to stir with coffee good value at $12. However eggs and a piccolo 25.50 wasn’t.

Had the veg breakfast- WOW - DELICIOUS!You could actually taste the flavour of everything.Gold star to the chef.The shop was lovely and clean and all the staff were very efficient. Delight to review.
