I bought the premium mirror through my designer, second largest size. It doesn't mention on the website that it weighs 100 kgs in the box! Getting it into my house was a nightmare and the delivery team were not equipped to handle it even with half an hour's help from the 2 builders I had on site. It eventually took a specialist removal team to get it in my house, admittedly with a difficult access. The attitude from the company was horrendous, when they couldn't deliver it to my front door, their attitude was your problem, we will not take it back and refund you. Premium product but certainly not premium customer service.

Avoid TANTRA at all costs - ITEMS NEVER ARRIVED!! I waited over 3-months for chairs to arrive, and in the end they just offered to refund money. Initially when I first ordered I was told chairs would arrive in approx 6 weeks ... and If they had not told me about the lengthy delays in the beginning I would NOT have ordered them in the first place. Other companies offered me substitute furniture in the past if items were delayed - but not Tantra - they just want your money and dont care about the end-user NOR the inconvenience THEY cause to their customers. I will NEVER use them again - and I urge anyone reading this review NOT to use them too!! They are proven to be unreliable, and completely dont care about repeat customer business.

They are an import company, not Harvey Norman, their products look very good but if you want to complain about the weight of a giant mirror, perhaps adjust your expectations.

Amazing quality with lots of on-trend styles on offer. They have a brilliant website that is easy to navigate through the extensive range of products that are available. Would definitely recommend Tantra to anyone wanting to create luxurious and sophisticated living spaces.
