I purchased my first car from them a few days ago and the whole process couldn’t have been easier!Matthew was extremely thorough with his explanation of the car features and was more than happy to answer all of my questions, both on the phone before I saw the vehicle in person, and while I was test driving it. I was able to drive away very confidently with my car, knowing that it had been very deeply cleaned before being listed for sale. It was exactly as described, in practically perfect condition and so I knew that I had made the right choice buying from Goodwood Motors.The actual process of finding my vehicle through Goodwood Motors was great too- I found it on their CarSales page and was able to get in contact online through it. I bought my first car from Matthew at goodwood motors and he made the entire process as stress free as possible. He is incredibly knowledgeable on all his cars and it’s obvious just how passionate he is. I could not recommend Goodwood Motors enough to anyone looking to purchase a new car. Matthew is a great man, who is generous with both his time and knowledge. His experience in the industry is likely unparalleled, with the care shown to me as a customer amazing. Matthew went above and beyond to understand what I wanted and needed in a car - as a first time car buyer, I was unaware of what was a best match. Beyond this, Matthew also explained the process of finding the right car for me, giving me tips as he went, and reinforcing my confidence in the car. My experience here has actually taught me important life skills about picking the right car. Aside from finishing with what is an amazing VW Golf, I have left the experience with far more knowledge about buying a car than I would have if taking another route. Purchased a very nice 2017 Mazda 3 from Matthew today for my wife and I have to say the whole experience was seamless and trouble free. The car was as described and in immaculate condition. Matthew was easy to deal with and utterly devoid of the usual car salemen cliches. He even drove the car to our home so that we could inspect it!
