Came to store for advise and to purchase items to hook up duel battery system on 4x4. Refused to give me any advise and told me they are not here to give advise, happy to sell me what i need but cant help with any info. Walked out the door quick smart and spent my money elsewhere. I recommend they change the main screen on there website as they dont want to share knowlede like it says and as for good old fashioned service what a joke.

These guys are fantastic, I buy all my parts in bulk from them and sometimes... just a single small item. The service is the same from start to finish... fantastic.You do need to remember that they are a trade wholesale store that does sell to the public, asking them for advice on how to do something is taking away money from their main customers. If you want advice on the differences between products, they'll tell you whatever you need to know. Ask for advice on how to wire something and you're barking up the wrong tree! You don't go to a car dealership and ask for advice on how to drive a car, you go to ask for a difference between the cars so you can decide what suits you.

I needed to identify and replace some crimp terminals from a Ford Falcon loom to do an engine conversion and I took the connectors in and they helped me identify the terminals and supplied new ones and even helped de-pin one of the connectors. Fantastic products and service.

I ordered some part from Perth and they arrived within two days which is very impressive. Unfortunately they sent an incorrect part however their after sales service was excellent. I sent an email notifying them of the mistake and they dispatched the correct part immediate. I am very impressed. I spoke to them over the phone and they could not be more apologetic or helpful. I have no hesitation to use them again.
