48 minutes on the phone - 19 09 those just to get connected to someone who could help. Customer service is clearly not top priority for many organisations now. Happy with the final outcome, but that is 48 minutes I have post forever.

everything is ok until you make a claim ,then cannot get through to claims department despite being on the phone 5 times for 1 hour.Tried leaving contact to call back and they phoned my work number & discussed details of claim with reception staff -very unprofessional.would not advise to use this company!

Very Helpful Staff. Helped me solve my issue readily and fairly quickly, all things considered.I needed a car call out ~ Assistance. All covered by my insurance, bar the cost of the part.
