Etax Accountants

Easy to use and pre fills most information with prior year information to save time. I had a few questions regarding my return and the accountant that I spoke with was fantastic.

Poor customer service, poor communication and justify additional fees as “we may need to negotiate late lodgement fees”. They do nothing to earn it. I lodged 3 years of tax at once and 2 were flagged for further review. This was a month ago. I have had next to no communication from them apart from the initial lodgement and to advise me 2 had been flagged by the ATO. I have had to call the ATO today and spend an hour of my own time to find out what is going on with the unflagged one and have it escalated. Don’t use this company if you can avoid it as they are hopeless. You would be better to pay the extra and go through one of their competent competitors. My housemate who has a more complex return has gone through a competitor and has received their notice of assessment and refund in the time I have been waiting.

Super easy to understand, they always catch any mistake Ive made, have recommended them to friends in the past.

Edit from 1 star review. They called me up and explained everything and helped me get a better tax return organised.Good service just make sure you ask a lot of questions before you submit and understand everything fully.

Great value for time spent to down your own taxes and on demand service when needed! I lodged my tax return at night time and was happy with the outcome. I usually see a tax accountant but opted for to do my own this FY as I wasn't happy with the return I got for last FY.

Really easy platform to use if you struggle to find time to get to an accountant. The guys will take the time to go through your return and make sure everything is good.

Etax Accountants is easy to use and is an intuitive website, which I have been using since 2017. I had all my required information and completed the Tax Return within half an hour. Signed and awaiting my return. Would highly recommend this site to anyone to use. Etax maintain contact throughout the process and the year.

Very easy, finds most stuff for you. Have done my last 3 with them and will use them for the foreseeable future. Can be completed in less time than a break at work entirely form your phone!! A++
