Came here for a month as l was visiting Noosa and loved Chris' classes - great mix of padwork, bagwork, and conditioning. Fun and challenging, caters for people of all ages, genders and fitness levels.(Photo of an extra busy class, depending on the day & time)

Adults and kids classes are awesome. Great bunch of people who know what they are doing and passionate about delivery great classes that anyone can do.

Warm & friendly enviroment, and super helpful team. Trying to get back into fitness after getting very much out of shape and wasn't sure what to expect, but couldn't recommend them enough.
