Fantastic service. Had two set of tyres fitted and they lasted about 50 000 kilometers. Have used Bridgestone for more year that l can remember over four cars and found they do last 45 000 to 50 000 km found that they do wear extremely well if they are rotated once year if needed or not. I've had my last car service there for about two years and found they are quite reasonable in their pricing and the quality of all that they do youse. Found this site to be very reliable and the staff knowledgeable and unapproachable. Very well worth attending for your tyre needs.

Great bunch of guys that are generous, friendly and trustworthy! I even went back a few weeks after changing a set of tyres with a random puncture to which the boys fixed without charge (unexpectedly). You won't be disappointed. Great value too!

The team here are super friendly, accommodating, helpful and understanding of any situation. Recently had a mixup with another wheel/tyre shop and these guys were able to help me out in a pinch and definitely saved my bacon. No sales pushing for different products/services just straight up good service and they get the job done well and fast. Highly recommended to anyone looking for anything tyres.

Recent experience, One of the tyres was losing air frequently & had them changed at same store. Arrived and advised about the situation & also advised them that I had them changed at their store. They fixed one puncture and charged me $40. Arrived home and I thought I had read somewhere of free tyre repair if you bought tyres from the store. They have a catch of $25 worth of repair covered but even after mentioning to the guys @ store that I bought tyres from them, they did not disclose this to me. I reached out to feedback form online and got refunded $25 direct into my bank account but when I reached out to the store bloke, he told me that I was 50-50 whether I wanted to puncture repair the tyre or actually ask it to be replaced all together, I said to myself - Why did not you tell me on that day itself?"

Busted my entire wheel on the way to work in my 2 month old car. The boys went around to Mazda and got a replacement within 30 min. And I was on the road within an hour and a half.Thank you so much!!

Arrived to pickup my vehicle, it was parked right on Plenty Road, unlocked with the front window all the way down!!!! Had been sitting there for quite some time. I mean - it’s Preston... as a resident I understand it can be a bit of a dodgy area, especially Plenty Road.When I raised with staff, he was unapologetic and pretty rude - he said they do it all the time!!!A concern because I’m not sure insurance would cover anything if the vehicle is left open.Can’t recommend these guys if you value your vehicle or it’s contents. Disappointing.Could’ve been better dealt with if the guy had said ‘oh wow, it was left unlocked?? So sorry about that. I’ll let the guys know not to do that in the future.’

Great Honest Service. Took my car for a regular service with these guys and they did it quick and everything went well, for my case they even adjusted the price lower to what the estimated.The pricing is reasonable and way cheaper than dealer servicing. You could probably find a cheaper price at a 1 shop mechanic, but I have peace of mind since they are under the Bridgestone brand.Unless something changes I will be taking my car here for it's regular checkup.

Hands down the best service in the area.I had a tyre puncture and called a heap of places (including my local dealership) who all said they couldn't repair the tyre for at least 2 weeks.I called Bridgestone - Preston. The guy was polite, friendly, honest: he said he's fully booked but if I could leave it then he'd do the repair asap. Within 3 hours I picked it up, paid a really reasonable fee and drove off.Very grateful here. Will certainly come back when I need a new set of tyres.
