Great Club. I've been going for almost 2 years now and really love it. A great mixture of belt levels and cross section of ages and fitness levels.Sensei Barry, Chris, Brendan & Tamara really know their stuff, and provide real life insights and techniques...It's all about technique: not strength...and a sprinkling of fun. :-)"

I love this place, I've been going for years now and am an orange belt. All the staff are friendly, Barry is hilarious, Chris and Brendan are both dedicated teachers and recently Tamara has come back and teaching us so much.
