Ro was a star!!-I rang from UK at 10pm over here for a birthday bouquet for my daughter in Sydney,gave her the budget and trusted her judgement on style/colour and she rang my daughters office to ensure she would be there-received a text and photo from daughter at 5.50am to say she was thrilled and had to take a taxi home as she wouldnt fit on the train with flowers!! Hassle free solution executed with efficiency and charm and I gained max brownie points!! Thankyou so much Pearsons & Ro
