This is the only pathology clinic I trust!! Ria is the most amazing woman, not only is super friendly and kind, she makes the blood test so painless and easy to do!I often faint from needles but never have with Ria taking my blood. She always talks to me until I forget it’s even happening and I have to even ask if it’s doneCan’t recommend this clinic or Ria enough !!

Found this place via online reviews many years ago and have always come back to see Ria for blood tests. She is one of the best! Ria is very welcoming, professional and so efficient. It's always good to have a go to place that makes you feel comfortable for those unpleasant tests. Thanks so much to Ria for the prompt service and good laughs

I have very difficult veins from chemo and Ria gets blood first time, everytime. I've had 50+ blood draws in the last few years from various nurses/phlebotomists and no one compares to Ria, she is highly skilled! You honestly will barely feel the needle go in. She is also very warm, friendly and reassuring, I can't recommend her enough!!

Ria took my blood tests. She is extremely kind and very gentle. She goes many extra steps to ensure that the patient is feeling calm and relaxed. I will definitely be back for any blood tests and would be spreading the word for her.

I usually am terrified of blood tests but Ria was amazing, she was so clam and gentle and was so quick I didn’t even know she had done it. It was painless and super easy. I wouldn’t go to anyone other than Ria for my blood tests.

It was my first time getting a blood test and I was quite nervous, but Ria was absolutely wonderful, she was reassuring and the blood test was really quick and completely painless, it seems unusual to call a blood test a fun and great experience but it honestly was. To those considering Melbourne Pathology Chadstone, it is most certainly the right choice - you can rest assured knowing that you're in safe, gentle hands.

Ria gave the easiest blood test I've had in my life. I normally have a bad time with needles but I didn't even notice this one. Highly recommended if you struggle with needles at all.
