They don't answer the phone these days. Also don't let you know when your bike is ready after serviceandmake sure you check you oil before you leave after service.

These guys have always looked after my scooter very well. Its old now but they keep it running and are very reasonably priced. They are also very responsive to help when I do get into troubles and always fit me in promptly.

I turned up at 2 pm on a Saturday (closing time) needing a fuel filter. The guys gave the filter to me . I went back on Monday and payed for the filter and thanked them for getting me out of trouble . For a bike out of warranty I definately would go here again.

The worst mechanic shop I ever been.They are very unprofesional and if you realy need to use their services ask for a writen quote dont trust what they say.The final price is always higher, they will always find something to charge more.I took my bike there two times and all two times the final price was even 150% more with no reason. They didnt even let me now of price change.The worst experience in Darwin.You have better options so dont go there.

It was pretty good. Had a few bikes on display, wouldnt buy from them because there brand newies and im after second hand. If youre after a new bike, its a good shop

Good blokes, helped me out many times...picked up bikes from my house or on the side of the road and always managed to squeeze me in for repairs on short notice since I need a bike for work

They were my favourite people. I bought my scooter from them. Had it serviced only by them for three or more years.Today, my scooter won't start after sitting for the wet season. Today, Neil is rude, unhelpful and told me to go elsewhere. I will. Neil told me his time is too precious to pick up my scooter. So is mine.I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. DO NOT GO HERE.

I want to give minus 5 stars but you have to put one. The most unprofessional useless motorcycle shop I've ever been to. At one point I've had to enter the workshop to give the mechanic" a hand. What was supposed to be a simple handle bars readjustment turned to a job bigger then Ben Hur and when I asked why everything that had been adjusted was still loose they flew off their handles making out like it had always been like that. Had to go to another bike shop and get everything tightened up because of the piss poor job. Never again."

My motorcycle has been taken there twice for which couldnt fix the same problem and charged me high price both the times. And, the manager was really rude and asked me to get out of his shop eventhough I was talking politely to reduce the price a bit as I have brought the motorcycle the before week to the shop for the same problem which they couldnt fix and paid the fee. I had to pay the high price again as he wouldnt give me my motorcycle back for the same problem which they told that they fixed but hasnt been fixed.
