Fantastic customer service & delivery!Had a saddle sent to SA. The closest local office picked it up from the seller and even put some extra tape on the box to ensure it was safe in transit. I recieved it in A1 condition to my workplace in 5 days. The tracking, communication and service was brilliant and stress free. The pricing was reasonable and we were able to add insurance too.Will definitely be using this service again!

The items were picked up and packed, then dispatched quickly and efficiently. The items were a large number of vacuum tubes and they were well packed but not over packed. Everything arrived intact and so much faster than I expected.

It's always a stress free experience dealing with Pack & Send. I can see how they ensure the safety of my parcels, which are usually very expensive items that need to be well looked after. I'm confident that all care is taken and in over three years I have used Pack & Send, I have never had any problems. The price is also very good. Great staff and terrific service.
