Very disgusted and appalled at the behaviour of Matthew Flynn owner of Mr rentals penrith illegal obtain money from my husband's credit card without permission then says we have verbal consent when we didnt then he also shows up at our house late in afternoon demanding money when ur not even a day late walks into my house while i was in bed and told me he wants his money and he wasn't leaving till I paid him (iam not the only person he has done this to I have signed declaration from son other customers were he has walked into there home) then there is the harassing phone calls constantly rining if your due for payment on the Friday by morning he is rining demanding your money he harrass you also major concern showing up at people's property without notice also breaching privacy and confidentially by confronting my dad demanding how much money he and my mum have and will they step upl and pay my way and told my 70 year old father he better iam realy disgusted in Mr rentals how you treat your customers I have been with you guys for 10 years and this is how we are treated never had this problem with Blacktown office now saying I ow $700 for return of wardrobes haven't even received invoice or anything in writing and i havnt signed anything to say this realy horrified at the treatment

They at great!!! Helped us when we had nothing, delivered to us even though we are like 2 and 1/2 hours away from the shop..rang back and were extremely helpful to help us rent the things we needed..very reliable, always ringing to check if we need help or upgrades.. I would recommend in a heart beat.. Keep up the great work!!!

Late December Furniture Saviour. Catherine and her team were fantastic. Delivery, collection and rental quoted quickly. Their prices were highly competitive. Catherine was so accommodating. Excellent experience.

Do not rent from these guys, they will rip you off on their contracts... walk into your house uninvited and refuse to leave. message for Matt or any other Mr rental staff DO NOT ever walk into our house without being invited in, not following this request will result in police being called and possible legal action pursuant under the law of trespassing and harassment.

We used Mr Rental Southern Sydney as part of an overseas move while we were waiting for our sea shipment. All in all we rented for about a month.I can't give these guys enough praise. They were very flexible with their delivery and removal schedules and they came exactly when they said they would. No waiting around.In particular, Jeff was outstanding - he was patient when there was a conflict with the service lift and worked with the concierge to resolve any issues. And even with this, he was in and out in a short amount of time.The furniture itself was fairly basic but it was exactly what we needed to settle in and give us a livable space while we were setting up our new lives.Highly recommended.
