Priceline Pharmacy Toombul

Pharmacy staff are useless at times. Assuming they are not properly trained as on one occasion a girl didn't give me back my script and was about to throw it out despite having several repeats left. Long wait times 30+mins without being warned prior to handing in my script. Getting three stars because the staff members on the floor especially the girl with the very long nails is so lovely and very helpful. She always asks how I am and seems genuinely interested in the customer.

Great to have this wonderful business back in Toombul area. Keep up the fantastic service guys and girls.

The staff at Priceline Toombul are consistently professional and personable! Even when I got exasperated at a technical issue today, they remained as courteous as ever! Tommy, Quet, Ruth, Georgia… the list goes on! Thank you all :)

Best pharmacy ever! I would like to compliment the whole team on the courteous, professional, helpful and quick customer service they provide.In particular, the pharmacists Tommy and Huong, and Georgia their beauty advisor are all exceptional in the way they are always willing to go the extra mile for their customers. I changed from Terry White Toombul after being a long standing customer and would never go back as Priceline's customer service is head and shoulders above the competition! Plus the switch has saved me money which is a bonus.

Tried to get ventolin for my asthma, despite having gotten both preventers and relievers from this same store for over 14 years, they declined as they couldn't find these records.They contacted another chemist, and was able to confirm a long history of obtaining relievers, but still declined to supply me Ventolin, and urged me to see a doctor if you really need it". So not only was I not believed by a staff member who's served me in the past

Always get the best service there from Kathryn. She is excellent at her job and always willing to help you and go the extra mile which is hard to get these days. Keep up the good work Kathryn you make shopping there a pleasure

WORST PHARMACY EXPERIENCE EVER! I had a script sent to the pharmacy from a specialist as my daughter urgently needed pain relief for surgery. The specialist called the pharmacy to confirm receipt of the script which they did. They didn't tell them that 1. The script wasn't going to be able to be fulfilled because it needed a change and 2. That they just sold the last of that product. They even could have called them back once they realised but they would rather I drove 40 minutes with a baby to find this out. At that point it was too late in the day for me to provide my young child with pain relief as the specialist had gone home. They were absolutely disgusting to deal with. Go elsewhere!

It's a friendly and helpful place to shop. The only problem I have is the range of red colours in their hair dye range. My favourite colours never stay in stocks long. My favourite is Castings Mahogany 550. It was obviously very popular as it was often sold out. I thought, because its no longer stocked, that it had been discontinued but have since found it at Chemist Warehouse and now have to travel to Lawnton to buy it.
