Leacock Regional Park

The Bellbird walk with the new NPWS sustainable boardwalk is a lovely experience. Although dry, smoky and overcast in the summer of 2020, the walk is still enjoyable, and the Bellbirds were still in good voice. There is no dedicated parking and the street is narrow and the traffic moves quickly. Little by way of additional facilities.

A nice quiet park where you can put a blanket on the ground and have a bit of a picnic.I didn't notice any bins there that you can put your rubbish in so you'd have to take it home with you.A good place to take your dog for a walk but keep it on the leash. And remember to pick up after it as fines do apply there.There is plenty of FREE on street parking.

It is a huge chunk of wooded area.People go in for hiking or run around. Peaceful place with some birds around. Basically it's like a huge green park nothing extraordinary. People looking to relax and sit down for a while or people in interested in hiking can go there. Parking has to be done on the street .You can find spots before the school where bird watching spot is there or a bit down the road towards the hiking spots.

Beautiful local park. Come for easy afternoon relaxing walk with your dog or take the kids to playground and enjoy surrounding colours.

Mostly clean, well maintained walking track, great riding track also

Lovely walk! Great place to being the whole family - including the fur baby. It is well kept and is the perfect length for a toddler.

A nice parkland to wander around for about an hour. A very clear concrete pathway to follow.

The park is situated at the mouth of the nature preserve, which makes it a constant artery for hikers and bikers. While I appreciate the “rest stop” feel, I wish there was a larger area for children’s playgrounds. A field for soccer or cricket would be very helpful for the community, as there is ample undeveloped space. I have also noticed how there is an infestation of garbage, most probably brought by passers by. Garbage cans are a necessity, and signs informing visitors to hold onto their garbage should be required. There also seems to be individual(s) living in the park in a makeshift tent out of a shopping cart and garbage bags. If properly maintained, this park can serve as a catalyst for vibrancy in the community.

Nice walking track, very shady. Good to bring dog along. Watch out for bicycle.

Best 1- 2hr walking trail, lots of different birds sight seeing. Amazing landscapes and views.
