BetterYOU Fitness Centre

This gym is aimed more at body builders than purely for fitness. As such they have an excellent range of body building machines and equipment. They also have a good range of the regular fitness type equipment upstairs, including treadmills, exercise bikes and rowing machines, etc. Staff are friendly. The music and atmosphere is inspiring. Great personal trainers also work here to help you reach your goals. My PT is Kirra and I highly recommend her. I learn so much from her, she ensures I'm doing the exercises correctly, and I'm enjoying meals she's given me recipes for. Toilets are on site, and contain shelving to put your belongings in. Plenty of parking right out the front. They also sell affordable ready made meals to support your workout. A couple of doors away from a great butcher's so u can get your protein fix at the same location. I'm enjoying working out in this gym!

Great gym over the time I've been here.Joined it when it as Muscle Fit Gym, and it was in literal total disregard of gym equipment.The new owner; Better You" has invested a lot of their time and money to get the gym and its facilities up to a very high standard

It ws so good when it was muscle fit not better you. Creepy staff and bogan members staring at you always. They are scammers and make fake payments against you to through ccs . Once you leave you start getting messages from ccs to pay the pending amount even you paid every thing and never had any contract

Good clean, well maintained and well equipped gym. The gym staff are well mannered and helpful. However, their admin system could benefit from a overhaul. Got direct debited on and off after agreeing on a pause and then cancelling the membership. The staff were apologetic and tried to assist but this has happened a few times over. Ultimately I had to close my bank account to avoid the hassle. Now visit the gym on a casual membership with no direct debit involved.Would give the centre a full FIVE stars if it wasn’t for the admin issues.

BetterYou is by far the best gym around the area. The staff members are very friendly and professional. Corey and Ryan are always around, and ensuring the equipment and the facility are in pristine condition. You can clearly tell both owners know exactly what they’re doing, and what a gym should look like and provide to its members. Very well priced also. If you live in Officer/Pakenham that’s the greatest option for you. Absolutely worth it!
