I have been attending May's classes for while both prenatal and open classes and I can honestly say she is amazing. I always feel amazing after class she is attentive and will also help adjust through out class. Highly recommended.

I thoroughly enjoy all the classes held at Flow of Eden. The roll and release upper body workshop was phenomenal super excited to experience the Lower body roll and release workshop. Always feel light after every session.

The instructor May is a remarkable person. I've attended a few of the online live streaming classes and loved every single one of them. May is calm and clear in her speech which makes the online live streaming classes easy to follow. Attending the online classes during the lockdown weekly is a must for me. I truly cannot wait for the lockdown to end so I can attend the classes in the studio.
