I ordered new work shirts and customer service were so helpful with my questions, they arrived promptly too.

I wanted some giveaways for our customers, a bit of fun and mildly memorable - but also to be useful.... The team at Thread & Ink suggested beer coolers. - the thing people always nick!! PINK.. Surely nobody would steal those!.... we set a trend... They arrived today.... swooped on by all... BRILLIANT SERVICE, nice people... QUALITY Product!

We recently purchased new work shirts for the team and Thread And Ink were fantastic. We're very happy with the quality of the shirts and our embroided logo looks brilliant. The service was friendly and prompt and much appreciated. Will definitely be back to order more uniform items.

Buyer beware. Restocking fees . You have to pay for your own returns. Navy doesnt look navy . Quality for a $50 shirt was not what i was expecting. My staff hated what got sent out. And then when they got my return i was not issued a credit as promised or the refund i wanted . I get they have a policy but i don't ever want to use this company again . i have paid them $360 . Returned my items and now have a $290 credit that i had to email them for. Im unimpressed.

BUYER BEWARE- READ THEIR RETURNS POLICY BEFORE BUYING!!!!! I made a purchase of $87 and decided to return the goods because they didn't fit.They charged me $22 as a restocking fee! That's horrible! I've never heard of any businesses charging customers to restock returned items. This is BASICALLY ROBBERY! Won't be buying anything from here again.AS PER THIS COMPANIES SNIDE COMMENT BELOW in response to my feedback they have no idea obviously how to treat their customers. Other people will be are to see your rude remark Luke. I suggest you complete some customer service training to learn how to respectfully reply to complaints.

My workplace was doing a complete Workwear restyle and we contacted Thread and Ink Workwear and Embroidery to see if they could help us. The service we received from everyone has been next level. From responding to my emails quickly, to getting the clothes to us in record time (We live in Country South Australia). I cannot recommend these guys high enough. Will definitely be doing a lot more business with them in the future.
