My partner and I dropped in first thing in the morning to browse, as we’re mid-renovation and needed a couple of items. The customer service was so good and we found so much that we needed it was a bit like a one-stop shop. We returned that day to buy everything we needed; job done. The salesperson, William, was super helpful and made sure he answered all our questions. So glad we went to this store!! Thanks guys.

I was completely blown away with the service I received from Rebecca at Highgrove Bathrooms - Heatherbrae. Easy to chat to and picked up on multiple errors in my order. Rebecca was polite and excellent to work with. I went in feeling quite nervous about doing an online order but was met with exceptional customer service. Highly recommend Rebecca and her staff at Highgroves. Love the quality of the product as well.

William and the team are excellent, have great knowledge of their stock and I swear identical memories.We went in and did a full 2 bathroom selections in about 2 hours.Awesome!!

I don’t normally bother with reviews but excellent customer service should not go unnoticed. This was our second visit to the Heatherbrae store and the sales person, Will, was super helpful both times - very knowledgeable and just so easy to get along with he made our whole experience just perfect . He is clearly an asset to the team- products are great too by the way!
