We used Higgins Air Conditioning & Maintenance Services to install a fully ducted system at our first home and had no reservations in calling them to remove the old system and install a new system in our new home. They conducted themselves professionally and the end result is displayed in their high quality workmanship. I contacted Neal and his team as I had bathroom mould issues and was looking for a solution. Neal was very helpful in putting forward suggestions and different options to solve the problem. Everything was so easy, from the first communications and quoting through to installation. He was even able to find a solution to our tricky wiring situation due to the age of our building and now everything is working perfectly. Would most definitely recommend.

Neal is responsive, he turns up on time and manages the project professionally every step of the way, from the time he quotes right through to completion of the project. Neal turned up exactly when he said he would, had us a quote within days and completed the job a week later. We were away when Neal did our job but had full confidence and trust in leaving a key out for Neal to let himself in and out of our home.The job was done perfectly with all mess taken care of. Thanks to Neal and the team for a great job. They upgraded our 20+ year old ducted system with a new Daikin. This involved removing the old system, which was complicated as it was a gas heater and installing the new system. Great workmanship, communication and service. Highly recommend for an install or service.
