I can’t speak highly enough of Maddy and her treatments. I’ve always been a bit nervous and unsure of injectables and cosmetic level skincare but Maddy’s experience and knowledge make it very easy to trust her which is so important when asking a professional to help you reach your goals. She explains everything in detail so newbies like me can really understand the process, products and expected results of treatments. Above all I’ve always found Miss Aesthetics to be incredibly genuine in helping clients reach their goals rather than self serving and booking in the most expensive treatments. I took my mum in for a consultation this week, she was ready to book in for ALL THE THINGS but instead of rushing her, Maddy recommended she slow it down, start with very small steps and come back when her skin is ready for the next step. To me that is a clear sign she trusts her own advice so much that she is happy to tell a new client to walk away for now because she knows she’ll definitely be back when ‘Step 1’ has been a success.

Maddy was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable in her products and services. I felt completely at ease and comfortable in her hands and trusted her advice. After discussing my skincare concerns she suggested several products that would address my skincare concerns as well as explaining to me how they work. These products have improved my skin drastically in a short time. Will definately be a long term customer of Miss Aesthetics.

Maddy is always super friendly & inviting, amazing services available & she provides so much information on products & procedures. I've never felt more comfortable getting skin services, Maddy never pressured me into any procedures & I always leave feeling amazing, my skin is so much better!Zara is also super friendly, the facials & massages are fantastic! Zara has helped me understand my skin concerns to a level I never thought I would. The products used are top quality & my skin is glowing after my sessions. Zara is amazing at explaining how products work & why I need them.Clinic is always spotless - I honestly can not recommend this place enough! 10 out of 10!

Had an excellent first experience with the lovely Maddy! She made me feel incredibly comfortable and her level of skill and knowledge was incredible. She dedicated a large amount of time to informing and educating me prior to performing any treatments & made sure the whole way through that I was comfortable. Maddy is awesome. She took plenty of time to answer all of my questions and the overall result looks awesome. She didn't give me unrealistic expectations. She's professional, patient and nerdy. The decor is beautiful, lovely balance between medical clinic and day spa. And I love that it's just Maddy here so I can keep going back to the same person.
