I have been with Pocock Building Company for some time now and have experience with many different construction projects. I have worked with multiple contractors, but Pocock Building Company has been one of the best, if not the best that we have experience with. They were wonderful to work with and always proving their professionalism in all aspects ......highly recommended

Our home, commenced in Nov 2010, was the first build for Pocock Building Company. We could not have asked for a better experience than that given to us by Jen and Matt. We were consulted in every aspect of the process and all our needs were met along the way, with all finishes to the highest quality. I really enjoy supplying curtains and blinds to the Pocock homes. Their customers are always happy, which indicates their good relationships. I then advise and quote on the window dressings at the finishing stage. We have a mutual respect for our strengths, and the customers feel secure that they are being heard and satisfied to the best of our knowledge

We have found the whole Pocock Team to be fabulous - knowledgeable - very approachable. They are very responsive and informative - absolute dream team to work with. Nothing has been too hard - from our unique design - to build process. We feel very blessed and privileged to have Pocock Building creating our perfect house.

Our first time building and it was an absolute pleasurable experience.Steve was a delight to work with sorting out a plan and from there on nothing was too hard with everyone we worked with, Jen, Jen & Matt.We are very happy with the quality of our home and the experience we had and our neighbours complimented how professional and clean all trades were that worked on our house. Building with Pocock was a wonderful experience. The professionalism and customer service is A+. The quality of their work is like nothing I've seen. They bent over backwards to make sure we got the home we dreamt of, with materials we loved, not a cookie cutter house with only 3 options for everything. I can't recommend Jenn, Matt and the team highly enough.

We built our Home with Team Pocock, in 2019. We found them, a delight to deal with. A stress free build, although we were way for some of the build, we had great communication. Any issues were solved immediately. Building was such a great experience, we were actually sad that our Building journey had come to an end. Thank you Jenn and Matt..and crew.
