I'd advise against getting any helium balloons from here as per the following reasons:Firstly, the shop assistant got the order wrong. They do provide detailed options on the order to specify color of the balloons, chords and the weight (to hold the balloon in place) but whether they can get it right is another issue.Secondly, the quality of the balloons. Unsure how these balloons are stored, but they are all covered in dust which made me wonder how old they were kept in storage. Whilst this seems trivial, it immediately becomes issue as soon as you leave the shop especially when you are buying multiple balloons at once. As they float in the air they start to rub against each other, eventually end up popping some of them even if you are extra careful not to have anything else in contact with the balloons (apart from the rest of the balloons). I have also noted there was a hole in one of the balloons and sticky taped it as per the photo.We were 2 balloons down within 10 min of leaving the shop.

Great value for customised design and friendly customer services! Professional advice to achieve what we have in mind under our budget. Couldn't be happier! Highly recommended!

Great staff, great work, super fast.

These guys were fantastic. We have used them for two events, a 30th and a hens. We purchased balloons and large metallic letters and numbers. They were really accommodating and helpful in working within my budget and timeframes. Will definitely go back to Leona for any future party supply needs.

The staff worked at the counter today was extremly rude and acted so strange. When I asked to pay in card she snorted&said If you want". Then she started laughing and talking in Chinese with her collegue. On top of that She was on her cellphone the whole time
