Lia from Aspirational has been a godsend. After some major issues with my previous Real Estate Lia took over with professionalism and thoroughness. It is clear she knows the business but she also cares about my property. She has had to deal with a very difficult tenant who had not reported issues. Lia through thorough property inspection has found some issues that could have become quite major if not addressed. She has a good network of contractors which are now working on the repairs at a reasonable rate. I want my house to be maintained properly and Lia has given it a huge amount of time and energy to get it ready for the next tenant. Lia is a great property manager. Her communication skills and knowledge of property management law are second to none. I have an investment property in GC and am not residing there myself. My property was suffering from former agency’s mismanagement and was required lots of attention. Lia not only turned this around but also established a professional communication with the strata management and the difficult neighbours. Also she is the nicest person! I highly recommend her.

Executive ... Top of the line .. Bar none Property Manager...I have built and owned rental properties all my life in both NZ and here on the GC spanning 40 years. I believe I know the ‘ins and outs’ of real estate from all angles and have generally managed my properties myself as I trusted no one and have been let down too many times. I got to a stage where I wished there was someone that could perform just enough so I didn't have to do all the paperwork... especially when something went wrong. I gave Lia one property 2 years ago and my life changed. Lia is the one person I can trust above and beyond the call of duty. Lia’s knowledge, professionalism and her unbiased view is of the highest quality. The way she performs her duty of care, from selecting tenants, to caring for tenants, to property maintenance as well as regular 3-4 monthly checkups (on time). Very importantly, rental payments every month (on time) is of the highest degree.
