Gavin and Helen were very friendly and very helpful. Our building and pest inspection was done very professionally and promptly, and very competitively priced compared to others.On the day of the inspection, Gavin gave very real and informative advice and opinions which we found very reassuring. Gavin and Helen are absolutely amazing! Very accommodating and considerate when making the appointment, super thorough when doing the actual inspection. Gavin is a qualified electrician so he not only checked the building and pests, but also the electrical things and smoke alarms. He walked us through everything, explained all findings, and provided a very detailed report with photos on the same day. Very, very impressed, can't praise them enough. Thanks so much!
