I had a wonderful experience in buying my new Kluger hybrid from Bartrac Toyota. My sales person Mr. Lou is one of the best in the business. I am from Cairns and he gave me the best price out of all Toyota dealerships in FNQ. Sure it's a small showroom but the staff are so lovely and was highly professional. Delivery experience was good. Lou ringed me after a week of delivery to ask and make sure everything went well with the purchase. Highly recommended showroom if you are looking to buy your new Toyota.

Had to a 40k service whilst travelling and vehicle was returned,washed and in tip top condition. Great service and coffee made by the principal Peter. Couldn't ask for more and recommend.
